Client-Centered Counseling Services
When a couple stays together, that can impact their children, friends, and extended family. When someone learns a coping skill from me, they share it with someone else, who shares it with another person. This is the ripple effect of counseling—the possibilities are endless!

Therapy Styles & Specialized Training
CBT, MI, Gestalt, ACT, EMDR
I enjoy using a wide variety of therapy styles to find the right one for each individual, including CBT, MI, Gestalt, ACT, and EMDR for adults and children.
Family Systems Therapy

I am certified in Family Systems Therapy (FST). FST is well suited for people who have been through trauma or are having a difficult time. FST follows a step-by-step process and is well received by those who have not enjoyed traditional styles of therapy. FST uses a specific plan called a playbook which is a collaboration between the therapist and family.
Art, play, and sand tray expression
Children enjoy using toys, crafts, games, and books and playing in sand—all with therapeutic goals in mind, of course!
